SKILL + PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT

Turn 2's college summer training will for the first time combine skill training with strength training in one program. Athletes will train 3-4 days per week for 10 weeks.

OTD TRAINING

Overhand Throwing Development consists of a variety of tools and systems built to increase velocity, create more efficient arm action and increase arm health for pitchers and fielders for both Baseball and Softball.

HITTING TRAINING

Increase exit velocity utilizing different tools and techniques, learn how to adjust to off-speed and stay within your approach. Train with a high level of intent to become more controlled in the box.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 

 Our strength and conditioning training focuses on increasing strength, speed and rotational power to help you create the force needed to compete at your highest level.

ARE YOU INTERESTED?

 This is going to be 10 weeks of dedication and hard work. You will be required to train at least 3 days per week at 2.5 hrs per day [that's 5 hrs a week minimum]. If this sounds like your cup of tea, then shoot us an email and we'll reach out to you personally.

THE ANNEX / TRAINING AREAS

The Annex is a 30,000 square foot facility that includes 6 full length batting cages, a massive 5,000 square foot bullpen area, over 5,500 square feet of open turf are for defense training, a classroom area with a tv, and 2,500 square feet of strength and conditioning space.
