Cody Massey
Hitting and Defense

Coach Cody is from Troy, IL and played 4 years at Triad HS before continuing his career at SWIC [2 yrs] and Southwest Baptist University [2 yrs]. Cody has been a Turn 2 coach for 2 years and is currently the director of Extreme Elite Baseball and the 17U Extreme Elite head coach. He loves to fish, golf, and watch STL sports. Cody lives in Troy, IL with wife, Hannah, son Boone and their dog, Oakley.

Paul Tremlin
Pitching and Throwing Development

Coach Paul was born and raised in Southern California. After winning the 2006 C.I.F State Championship at Quartz Hill High School, Paul earned a full-ride scholarship to pitch in the Big West Conference for Cal State University Northridge [4 yrs] and completed his career with the Gateway Grizzlies [2 seasons]. Paul has been developing baseball and softball overhand athletes at Turn 2 since 2012 and is the current director of baseball pitching and overhand throwing development for Extreme Baseball and Softball Club. Paul lives in Maryville, IL with his wife, Lindsay and their three kids, PJ, Lily, and Ava.

Tim Fox
Hitting and Defense

Coach Tim is from Collinsville and played 4 years at Triad HS before continuing his career at SWIC [2 yrs]. Tim has been a Turn 2 coach since 2014 and is the current 16U Extreme Elite head coach and Maryville Christian varsity head coach. Tim loves to golf, fish, play guitar, and lives with his wife, Andrea.


Brett Swip
Hitting and Defense

Coach Brett is from Collinsville, IL. Brett played baseball and golf at Collinsville High School before continuing at Truman State University. Brett has been a Turn 2 coach since 2008, is a former college coach [Truman State, Washington University St. Louis and Webster University], current CHS softball head coach, and co-founder of Extreme Baseball and Softball Club. Brett lives in Collinsville, IL with his wife, Ashley and their three sons, Will, JT and Micah.

"My true passion is in teaching the game which brought me to Turn 2 and has filled my softball and baseball heart for the past 10+ years.  Providing information to athletes that helps give them direction and purpose is what it is all about for me."


Shelbee Sneed
Softball Pitching

Coach Shelbee is originally from Kansas City, MO. She played softball at Southwest Baptist University [2 yrs] and continued training softball players in the area before graduating and moving back to KC. This is Shelbee's first year as a Turn2 Coach and as the director of Extreme Youth Softball. Shelbee now lives in Troy, IL with her husband Caleb and two dogs. In her free time, Shelbee loves taking her dogs to the dog park, baking, and creating DIY projects.

Alexa Potts
Hitting and Defense

Coach Alexa is from St. Rose, IL. She played 4 years at Mater Dei Catholic High School before continuing to play softball at Murray State University [4 yrs]. Alexa has been a Turn 2 coach for 3 years. She loves Duke basketball, spending time with family, playing golf, and buying shoes. Alexa lives in Albers, IL with husband, Bryson and their two cats, Berklee and Murray.

"Coaching gives me the opportunity to teach kids life skills and to provide direction and guidance to athletes as they transition into different phases of their life so that they live out the purpose God laid out for them for all the years of their life."


Chris Fair
Hitting and Defense

Coach Chris was born and raised in Bethalto, IL. He played baseball and golf at Civic Memorial High School before continuing on to play at Illinois College [4yrs.] where he also studied Sports Management and Finance. Chris has been a Turn 2 coach since 2008 and is the current director of Extreme Baseball and the 15U Extreme Elite head coach. He enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends. Chris Lives in Bethalto with his wife, Casey and their two sons, Camden and Caden.

"What I have grown to love the most about coaching is the ability to impact young athletes on and off the field.  For me, some of the most influential people in my life were coaches and I strive to be that for the athletes that I work with."


Casey Fair
Pitching and Performance Development

Coach Casey was also born and raised in Bethalto, IL. He played baseball at Civic Memorial High School before playing at Illinois College. Casey has been a Turn 2 coach for 5 years and is currently the 16U Extreme head coach. He also enjoys CrossFit.  Casey lives in Bethalto and currently attends Lindenwood-Belleville University.

"In love with the game.  Passionate about developing athletes and better human beings.  I coach to make a difference in and outside of the game.  I want to develop new ways of thinking, training, and competing."


Caleb Sneed
Hitting and Defense

Coach Caleb is from Kansas City, MO and played 5 years at Southwest Baptist University. In those five years, he was an All-American and the all-time leading hitter. This is his first year as a Turn 2 Coach. He is also the current 15u National Extreme Elite Coach. Caleb loves to golf and watch the Kansas City Chiefs during football season. He lives in Troy, IL with his wife, Shelbee, and 2 dogs, Nova and Slyder.

Alex Haines

Coach Alex was born and raised in St. Louis, MO. He played 4 years at Webster Groves HS, then continued his career at Lindenwood University-Belleville where he played baseball and rugby. Alex is new to the Turn 2 family, where he will work with catchers of all ages. He enjoys lifting weights, eating tons of food (especially pizza), and watching baseball, football, and rugby.
